Pelvic Pain


Pelvic pain can be a challenging problem for any woman.  Whether chronic or acute, significant pelvic pain deserves a full evaluation.  Possible causes include:

Evaluation usually includes a gynecological exam, pelvic ultrasound and urinalysis; cervical cultures, laparoscopy, cystoscopy and colonoscopy are sometimes required as well.
